I would like to recognize Marie Richard and her gorgeous filly "Shes Pure And Fancy" for their MQHA Breeders Futurity (fall 2009) CHAMPION title in the Jr. Weanling Filly class. Marie is a hands on owner/breeder who raises them right. We have enjoyed getting to know Marie and her family over the years.

Here's a new great team to watch for. Amy and Dynamic Moonlight have really bonded and will be showing in several classes this year. Dynamic Moonlight(Lucy) is by Pure Dynamic out of multiple Superior mare Moon Freckles. Lucy was trained by Shannon Terry and Cherie Steele who have a full brother (Dynamic Moonbeam) to this adorable mare.
Bonnie Hankins and her mare "Kissin In The Dark" by Pure Dynamic with their Reserve Champion at the Kentucky State Fair. This filly was raised by Mary Ann Etchison of southern Indiana and looks like we will be hearing much more about her in the future.	Wishing you and your family a safe and happy New Year! Wow did Danielle and Ryder have a HUGE year!! This new team of Danielle Zenga (only 16 years old!!) and A Fancy Ryder have come out very strong for 2009. They were Top Ten at the AQHAYA World Show in HUS (8th out of 135), Res. Congress Champions in 1)15-18 Youth and the NYATT Youth HUS(2nd out of 90), Res. Congress Champions in the 14-18 Novice Youth HUS (2nd out of 113), Top Ten in the Novice Youth Western Riding (9th out of 40), Youth Superior in HUS achieved in July, and Youth AQHA Champion achieved in July. Danielle has two more years in the Youth 14-18 category so looks like the sky's the limit. Congratulations to this amazing team and we look forward to so much more!!
The results are in!! Purely Dynamic is Reserve State Champion Yearling Longe Line in the state of California for 2009!!! She is owned by Linda Tacklind and Melissa Sachs. The other Pure Dynamic they raised, Pure Pleasure, is Reserve State Champion In-Hand Trail for 2009. Picture of Pure Pleasure coming soon.	Phat Asset (Gently in the Dark) and his owner Greyson Stroud had an amazing 2009 Congress winning Champion titles in 11 & under Equitation AND 11 & under Horsemanship, a final placing of 5th in the 11 & under HUS, plus a final placing of 3rd in Novice Youth 13 & under Showmanship. This horse was the first foal ever born at Black Creek Crossing out of the great showmare Investment Royalty. He won the Northwest Congress as a 2YO then again as a 3YO with owner Maggie McCrady. Maggie accomplished 3 Superiors on "Cash" in Western Pleasure, Western Riding, and Trail before the Stroud family purchased him for their daughter who has continued his amazing career. Greyson won her first Congress Champion title in 2008, then followed that huge win with several Circuit awards during this year finishing up the year with her 2 Congress titles and strong placings in 2 other classes.Congratulations to Greyson and Cash.
Pure Pleasure is not far behind her with a 5th at the Breeders Championship Futurity at the Sierra Paint Horse Club, 3rd in the Open LL at the San Joaquin Paint Horse Club, and has 8 National points in the In Hand Trail with his non-pro owner at the Sierra Paint Horse Club. Congratulations to Taylor Dick of Greensboro, NC on his 6th place in the finals at the Youth World Show in Western Pleasure class on ONE CENT A MINUTE by Vested Pine. Great job by Daniel Zenga of Florida on her 8th place in the finals at the Youth World in the HUS class on A FANCY RYDER. Kissin In the Dark (2YO filly by Pure Dynamic) was Reserve Champion at the Kentucky State Fair Quarter Horse Show in 2YO Snaffle Bit WP. This filly is showing she will be one to watch also placing 1st out of 10 in a Junior Pleasure class! She is owned by Mary Ann Etchison of Indiana. Mary Ann has a long resume of breeding to great stallions and doing so much with the offspring. She has an AMAZING weanling this year by Vested Pine (you can see him on the 2009 foal page).
More great news from Teresa! She and Gunnar were Champions at the NC Futurity in the Resident Open 2 & 3 YO Futurity and in the Non Pro 2YO Futurity~ they were in VERY good company with the Reichert $250K Slot Class winner "Road Rage" getting first .... Teresa and Gunnar were right behind them with the Res. Champion title!!! I am SO pleased to post a picture of Gunnar who is owned by Teresa Balkcum. Teresa has done all the training herself and is now showing Gunnar to some really strong placings! She just showed him at the SC Clemson horse show and was 5th in the Green WP, 1st in the Jr. WP, 1st in the Am. WP with an accumulation of 9 points in the Jr and 5 points in Am. WP. Gunnar (embryo baby) was one of two colts born to Investment Royalty in 2007(brother Stetson is owned by Roma Thomson). With the strong solid base that Teresa has put on him, I expect him to have a very long successful career. Look for this great team at the Quarter Horse Congress this fall.
	Hez Purely Dynamic Pure Dynamic X Investment Royalty Great news from Roma Thomson. Her Pure Dynamic 2YO (Stetson) very recently was the winner of the 2YO Snaffle Bit class and also the winner of the concurrent AQHA class receiving a buckle at the Ontario Quarter Horse Breeders Futurity. Also, Stetson was the clear standout during the Double Your Pleasure Futurity and again was Champion. That's not all... Roma showed Stetson in the AQHA Select as a warm up for the MQHA Breeder Futurity and was 1st and 2nd under judges Tina Kaven and Stephanie Lynn. That is a pretty strong endorsement to be competing against all ages of horses in a Select class and have those placings with those judges. GREAT job Roma, Stetson, and the training of Katy Jo and Duane Pickard.

INVITE ME ON SUNDI & ELLIE PARSONS win the Powers! Congratulations to Ellie Parsons on her Championship win at the Tom Powers in Youth Western Pleasure. This is Ellie and Invite Me On Sundi's 2nd year in a row to be awarded the Champion 1st place at the Powers. Also, Randy Wilson was 3rd on Ellie's horse in the Maturity Open Western Pleasure.
	New PINTO NSBA WORLD CHAMPION title for MELISSA SACHS and her yearling LL'er filly "PURELY DYNAMIC". Congratulations to this amazing team. Melissa and her mother Linda Tacklind bred and raised this outstanding filly. They received a bronze NSBA statue and are headed back to California! They will be forwarding their win picture very soon so we can get it posted. GREAT JOB all of you!!
Good Dynamic Design Barn name Brooke Pure Dynamic X Good Miss Zippo Congratulations to MELANIE SUSSTRUNK of Switzerland and Brooke (her yearling filly by PURE DYNAMIC and out of the great mare GOOD MISS ZIPPO). On their first outing this year, Brooke and Melanie were Grand Champion at Halter beating out the previous years' Grand Champion. This is going to be a great team representing us in Europe.
	Phat Asset Sire: Dynamic in the Dark Dam: Investment Royalty Wow, Graysen Stroud is following up her Congress Championship last fall with HUGE multiple wins at the Silver Dollar Circuit this year. Her horse Phat Asset (Gently in the Dark) is out of the great mare "Investment Royalty". Graysen and Cash are really a great team! Prada Pine Sire: Vested Pine Dam: Investment Royalty Look for Prada Pine (Thena) at the Tom Powers in LL being shown by owner Betty Allen of Iowa. Betty and Thena are sure to be strong competitors at the shows this year. Thena comes from a long distinguished line of winners on both sides of her pedigree. Her mother was top 5 at Congress in WP, won the Powers, had several Circuit Champion awards, and qualified for the World as a 3YO. She went on to outproduce herself with her first colt Gently in the Dark (changed to Phat Asset) winning the 2008 Congress and most recently being awarded the All Around High Point in Las Vegas. He is being shown by Grayson Stroud. His previous owner achieved his Superior in Trail, Western Riding, and Western Pleasure as well as he was the 2YO WP Champion at the Northwest Congress then went back as a 3YO and won it again! Investment Royalty has several other offspring out showing and winning with many, many accomplishments of their own. Thena's sire, Vested Pine, has proven his siring ability with several World Champions, Congress Champions, and the history is still to be written with offspring like this one. Betty has done all the preparation of this filly herself and we are so very proud of her. Good luck Betty and Thena!
	This GORGEOUS black colt, Hes Pure Magic, owned by Marie Richard of Michigan has a great future ahead of him. He will be getting to a few select shows this year in LL classes. His first outing will be at the Powers where Marie will show him in the Non-Pro & Open LL. Marie has done all the preparation herself which is a tribute to Marie's talent and how trainable these Pure Dynamics are. He is by PURE DYNAMIC and out of the great mare Fancy Little Luna. 	"Pure Royal Heat" (Georgia) foaled April 2006 Congratulations to Georgia who has just been awarded her Open Western Pleasure ROM!! Congratulations to Pure Royal Heat (Georgia) on her amazing fall shows. Her first outing was at the APHA Fall Championship show where she was 3rd in the Open WP, 4th in the Jr. WP and 6th in the World Champion 2YO WP class out of about 30 horses. She then went on to show at the Georgia Paint Futurity over Thanksgiving placing 1st under all 8 judges and was honored with the Circuit Champion title. She then was Reserve Champion at the Just for Pleasure in the 2YO Color WP, and 7th in the SSA Color 2YO WP. Georgia has a very bright future in front of her. Congratulations "Invite Me On Sundi" and Ellie Parson on their 2008 Congress 3YO Non Pro Western Pleasure Championship!!! This horse is the daughter of Superior Western Pleasure mare Hotroddin On Sundi and sired by Invitation Only. Randy Wilson won the 2YO Western Pleasure last fall with her, and new owner Ellie was also the 2008 Tom Powers Champion. This is a very special mare to us and we are thrilled to see her success unfolding.
	Congratulations to Judy Bonnette and "Dynah" on their recent accomplishments... and her filly is just a WEANLING!!! So much more to come!!! At the Northern Ohio Futurity, they were Jr. Open Futurity Res. Champions, Jr. Open Non-Pro Res. Champions, and Breeders Futurity 3rd. They took Grand Champion at Mt. State Futurity in W. Virginia the week before. Judy reports that Dynah is very smart, calm and willing... we can see she is drop dead gorgeous too. Thank you for the pictures Judy. Little Dynah is quite a prize.

A BIG congratulations to Tara Ramey of Ontario, Canada on her spectacular placings at the Ontario Paint Championship and Futurity. Tara and Dakota ("Fancys Pure Impulse" by Pure Dynamic out of Sudden Impulse mare "Suddenly Fancy") were 3rd in Halter, 2nd in LL and WON the In-Hand Trail class!!!! Tara reports that Dakota couldn't have been better behaved and was quite the superstar. Congratulations to this great team!!!!

A FANCY RYDER & owner DANIELLE ZENGA Congratulations to owner/rider Danielle Zenga on her 1st in Novice Youth Western Riding AND 1st in Novice Youth Hunter Under Saddle at the REDBUD!!! This is a great new team that I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot from. (not shown in photo) Here are some photos of Ryder and Tiffany from the AQHA Region 4 Show. They did great - Championships in Green HUS and AM Horsemanship, Reserve in Green WP, 4ths in AM WP & Green Trail & NV AM HUS, and a 6th in JR WP! They will be showing MQHA's Lisa Terry next, then the Harvest Classic and on to the Congress!!! We are soooo happy and excited about this year with Ryder and wanted to share his placings with you! He continues to be offered for sale and will be shown until sold.
We are so proud of the amazing job that Amanda Jacobson has done with one of our very special babies "Blazing Blue Royalty" by Blazing Hot out of the Superior producing mare Investment Royalty. Isaac and Amanda have become quite a team and have recently won the Circuit Champion award for Novice Youth WP. In the last two weekends they won the Novice Showmanship, Novice WP, and 14-18 WP for a total of 9 points at the one show!! Amanda is sad to be ending this wonderful relationship as she is leaving for college in the fall so is putting Isaac up for sale. 	Thank you Rikki McNana for the new picture of the Goodbar daughter My Goodbar Movie Star filly. She has been lightly started under saddle and is home for a break. This was a very special baby for us because we lost her wonderful mother just 12 hours after she was born. We are so glad she is in a loving home.

*The new team of Ellie Parsons and Invite Me On Sundi (barn name Ruthie named after my mother) were Champions in the 3YO Ltd Non Pro WP. This was their first time out since Invite Me On Sundi was 4th in the Congress 2YO WP with Shelley Wilson, then was the 2YO Just For Pleasure Champion last winter with Randy Wilson.
	Annie Schneider showed Dunup Dynamic to a 4th placing in the Yearling Non Pro Color and Alan Wood showed him to a 3rd placing in the Breeder Challenge Ltd.LL plus a 4th in the Yearling LL Color.

And a special thank you to Teresa Drown for bringing her very colorful filly to show in the Breeders Challenge LL class on Wednesday. She is so pretty and we were really glad to see her there.

A huge THANK YOU to all the stallion owners who helped sponsor the dinner on Saturday night. Libby Trucco brought lots of printed material for everyone to see and take with them from each of the stallions at DeGraffs. The banner turned out beautifully with each stallion and owner being named with their own unique colors and logos. The food was great and I think everyone really welcomed a hot meal that they didn't have to cook! Thank you to Mark and Carrie Nickerson (A Krymsun Legacy), Brent and Julie Harnish (Gentlemen Send Roses & Invited Back), Jeff and Amy Meredith(Custom Invitation) Robin and David DeGraff (Indian Artifacts), Libby Trucco (Repeated In Red) Celeste Fender (HBF Iron Man), Nancy Wilt (Only Intuition& Fancy Chip), Steve Heckaman (Potential Investment & Potential Asset), Olivia Hoecker (Hotroddin Zippo & Notibly Zippo), Lisa Zwirner (Potential Career), Kathy and Kate Stricker (Ziprageous). Tom Powers could not have been more gracious or appreciative of all of us providing this special meal for everyone. I was expecially excited to meet so many people that I either know from talking to on the phone or that we have placed some of our babies in their homes, or fellow stallion owners. I felt like this was a great way for all of us to show our appreciation to all the wonderful people that have bred to our stallions, or who are out showing offspring of our stallions. And finally a huge thanks to Chris and Alan Leese who help "connect" us all with their reporting and pictures even if we can't be at the shows.
A HUGE congratulations to the new team of Dunup Dynamic and Annie Schneider from Scottsdale, Arizona. Annie and Cash have a special bond because she did all his starting on the LL by herself til the end where he needed finishing with Alan and Cathy Wood. He ended up top 5 in every category and will be on his way to the IBHA World Show very soon. This amazing stud colt is sure to follow in the footsteps of big brother Dun in the Dark, who now holds 3 World Champion titles, top 5 placings and Champion titles at ALL major shows and several Circuit Champion awards. Dunup Dynamic (barn name Cash) is the whole package with drop dead gorgeous looks, a great mind, and amazing legs!!
	We are so proud of our two Pure Dynamic's that participated in the Tom Powers LL Slot class. The black and white filly belongs to the Schell family of Michigan. Showing this GORGEOUS filly was a family effort with Crystal doing much of the groundwork training and Melissa showing the filly. Schells have really covered all their bases with this filly nominating her to Just For Pleasure, NSBA, and buying the Tom Powers Slot. The bay and white filly was shown by owner Teresa Drown. Her filly is beautiful, balanced, and super sweet. We are so happy that she made such an effort to bring her filly.
Congratulations Sue Pronschinske and Rolex on their recent show!! This great team to watch was 1st in the Senior Western Pleasure, 1st in the Senior Novice Horsemanship, and a 4th in Halter. Thanks for the update Sue!!
	Downright Dynamic (2007 gelding by Pure Dynamic X Absolutely Stylish) It was great to hear from Oliver's owner Debbie Marshall recently who reports that he has been going to a few small shows, is very quiet standing at the trailer and even went in an Open Halter class of all ages and placed 5th out of 8!! He was the only yearling in the class. Great job guys!!
And they're off to the Paint World!!!!!! When all the points post from Sarah and My Goody Two Shoes first 3 shows this year, they'll have 49 points in Showmanship, 41 in Horsemanship, 8 HUS, 11 Equitation, 10 Trail, and 21 Western Pleasure. They won the Nov. Am Gelding Plus award of $500 (Bentley's first year of eligibility). His trainer still can't believe this "roany pony" is ONLY 4 years old!! Bentley is owned, shown, and loved by Sarah Cooper. Trainers are Mike Hoeppner and Dominique Brummond. We are also excited to be welcoming My Goody Two Shoes and Sarah to the new American Roan Horse Association.
	"Ima Vested Pine" is making his mark in the showpen with owner Missy Bourdon and trainer Heather Brower. At an Ohio show over the weekend he got his name called under every judge, did great in showmanship and even ended up with 2 points for his first time showing in that class. He now has 73 performance points, 3 ROMs and will be heading to the Paint World Show. He is sired by Vested Pine and out of the mare Zippin K T who herself has a total of 528 points, 7 ROMs, and 3 Superiors. Talk about 'born to show'!!!
Congratulations Tiffany Hooper on a fine job showing Ryder. He is all ready for his next showhome. Ryder is out of the Investment Asset daughter A Fancy Asset and Potential Investment. He is very tall and fancy legged for doing HUS or WP. Ryder and Tiffany have become such a great team under the guidance of JS Quarter Horses. He has earned two ROM's (Open and Amateur) in just a few shows and recently won three Circuit Awards (Green WP, Green Trail, and Am Horsemanship) at the Michigan Spring Fling, 4 NSBA 1st place medallions at the Michigan Summer Series, 2 first placings in JUS and EQ and the Jeff Bujack Show, and an 8th in the Nov.Nov WP Maturity at the Tom Powers. This is truly going to be a great all around horse. He is so athletic and Tiffany has done such a wonderful job showing him.
	SARAH COOPER and My Goody Two Shoes have accomplished SO much this year. Sarah is a college student so must fit shows in when she can. This team was Reserve Novice Amateur High Point at the March show in Waco. Then in May (San Marcos) they were Res.Nov. Am. High Point (with only two days of practice riding in 6 weeks time because she was away at school). Then at the Waco Zone O-Rama/May Sarah was Res. Nov. Amateur High Point. They have picked up 27 showmanship points, 7 HUS, 6 Equitation, 1 Trail, 13 Pleasure, and 18 Horsemanship points. We are so very proud of this team. My Goody Two Shoes was out of Shez My Invitation (daughter of Dee Invitation) and sired by Mr Good and Plenty.
We are so excited to hear the great news that Amanda Jacobson and "Blazing Blue Royalty" are definitely in the blue ribbons to kick off 2008. At their first show of the year this team to watch got 1/2 point in halter, and in Western Pleasure (with over 16 entries in each class) placed 1st and 5th, then 1st and 2nd accumulating EIGHT Western Pleasure points, 1/2 Halter point, and their trainer Chad got 3 Green points. Isaac is out of our Superior producing mare Investment Royalty and sired by Blazing Hot. What an outstanding beginning to the show season. Thank you SO much for the update and great job!!!
	Congratulations to Betty Watt on Dun in the Dark's DUN IN THE DARK & owner BETTY WATT I'd like to congratulate Betty Watt and her horse "Dun in the Dark" on their continuing success in the showpen. At their most recent show Betty and "Bucky" were Champions in the Trail, 2nd under 3 judges in Western Riding, and her trainer won the Senior All Around with his 1st place in Trail and his 2nd in Western Riding under both judges. In the Western Pleasure he was 2nd both days under both judges. At the Denver Super Circuit show they were Senior All Around and Circuit Champions in Western Riding. Betty reports that her new trainer Chad Evans LOVES "Dun in the Dark" and is getting along so well with him.
Vested Charity is continuing to dominate the show circuit with her Texas Classic Futurity Championship, and her top 5 at the 2007 AQHA Congress! Congratulations Robin Ray, OP, and Kavens on a great job.
	Congratulations to Sarah and Karen Cooper of Sugarland, Texas on the tremendous job they are doing with My Goody Two Shoes. This year "Bentley" was Circuit Champion in Horsemanship and English Equitation, and Novice Am. High Point at the Labor Day Classic in Katy, Tx. He went on to win Circuit Champion in Showmanship and Horsemanship, plus Novice Am. High Point in October at the Marguerita Classic in Waco, then was Nov Am High Point at the Turkey Shoot in November. He now holds his ROM in Showmanship, Horsemanship, and Trail and will be showing at the Paint World for 2008. Sarah reports that everyone has a hard time believing he was just a 3YO this year with the consistent placing he is doing at all the shows. She says she never thought he would be doing so many classes by now, but his determination to prove himself is amazing and he just keeps stepping up his game. Our sincere and heartfelt congratulations on a job well done. Bentley has a 2006 sister and 2007 brother by Pure Dynamic, both owned by Michelle Stegmeier, who we will be watching with great anticipation when it's their turn. All three are out of the beautiful showmare "Shez My Invitation".

Dun in the Dark. We are SO proud of Dun in the Dark. He is now under the management of Doug Huls and owned by Betty Watt and it seems the sky is the limit!!!! He received the World Championship title at the IBHA 2007 World Show in Amateur Western Pleasure and Junior Western Pleasure, while also being named Reserve World Champion in Amateur Trail plus a 3rd in the Jr. Trail. Just in September he secured 10 more points in just one trail class at the Santa Barbara show with several more high placings in other classes. He was on the top 50 money earners list as a 2YO, made a sweep of the Powers, Southern Belle, Reichert, and NSBA as a 3YO, got his Superior in Western Riding and Trail as a 4YO plus won a 4th final placing at the AQHA World in Trail that year (2006). We will eagerly watch as his show career continues!!
